1. About these terms
These terms apply to customers using Freshio. “Customer” includes both private customers and business customers using the customer-side workspace. By creating an account, using the platform, or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Platform role
Freshio operates a marketplace and workflow platform connecting customers, suppliers, and delivery partners. Freshio may facilitate ordering, sourcing, delivery coordination, and payments. Unless clearly stated otherwise, product supply and delivery performance are carried out by the relevant supplier or delivery partner.
3. Account and account security
- You must provide accurate and up-to-date account information.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping login credentials secure.
- You must not use the platform for unlawful, misleading, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
- Freshio may suspend or restrict access if the platform is misused or if we need to protect users, operations, or compliance obligations.
4. Products, buy requests, and offers
- Product listings, stock levels, and supplier details are provided by suppliers and may change.
- If you create a buy request, you are responsible for ensuring the requested product, quantity, date, and delivery details are accurate.
- Target prices in buy requests are treated as per-unit target prices unless clearly stated otherwise.
- Supplier offers may include quantity, unit price, delivery fee, timing, and other commercial details.
5. Pricing, MVA, and payment
- Private customers may see product prices including MVA where applicable.
- Business customers may see product prices excluding MVA, with MVA shown clearly during checkout or order summary.
- Delivery charges, coordination fees, and other order costs must be displayed clearly before payment.
- Payment may be processed through third-party payment providers.
6. Orders and fulfillment
- An order is not final until accepted or confirmed through the relevant platform workflow.
- Delivery times, pickup readiness, and operational milestones may depend on supplier and delivery partner performance.
- You must provide correct delivery details and be reasonably available to receive the goods where delivery is selected.
7. Cancellation, complaints, and support
Freshio may provide complaint and support channels inside the platform. If there is an issue with an order, delivery, payment, or supplier interaction, you should report it promptly through the platform or support contact details.
For private customers, mandatory consumer rights under applicable law apply and these terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
8. Reviews and user content
- Customers may be able to submit supplier or delivery reviews after completed orders.
- Reviews must be honest, relevant, and not defamatory, abusive, or unlawful.
- Freshio may remove or moderate reviews that violate these terms or legal requirements.
9. Liability and platform availability
Freshio aims to operate a reliable platform, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that all listings and supplier information will always be complete or current.
To the extent permitted by law, Freshio’s liability is limited to direct losses that are reasonably foreseeable and directly caused by our breach. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Changes and termination
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes should be communicated in an appropriate manner. You may stop using the platform at any time, but completed or ongoing orders and legal obligations may continue to apply.
