Delivery Partner Terms
These Delivery Partner Terms govern how delivery partners use Freshio to accept delivery jobs, manage routes, complete deliveries, publish return trip offers, and receive payout information.

1. Delivery partner role and acceptance
These terms apply to any business using Freshio as a delivery partner. By creating or using a delivery partner account, accepting jobs, or publishing return trip offers, you agree to these terms.
2. Business and operational information
- You must provide accurate company name, organisation number, contact details, pricing details, and payout details.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your transport operations comply with applicable laws, permits, insurance obligations, and industry requirements.
- You must keep service area, pricing, and tax-related information reasonably current.
3. Delivery job acceptance
- You should only accept delivery jobs you can actually perform.
- Once a delivery job is accepted, you are expected to handle pickup, transit, and delivery responsibly and in a timely manner.
- You must update delivery status honestly and without delay.
4. Customer and supplier interaction
- You must act professionally with suppliers, customers, and platform staff.
- You must use delivery information only for completing the relevant delivery and related support or compliance needs.
- You must not misuse customer addresses, contact details, or route information.
5. Return trip offers
If Freshio allows return trip offers, you are responsible for ensuring those offers are accurate, commercially valid, and operationally realistic.
6. Pricing, MVA, and payouts
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the pricing information you provide in your workspace.
- Freshio may display estimated payout values, but final payout handling may depend on payment confirmation, delivery completion, reconciliation, complaint handling, and accounting controls.
- You must keep your bank account and VAT-related information accurate.
7. Complaints, reviews, and quality issues
- Customers may submit delivery reviews after completed orders.
- You must cooperate in good faith if a complaint, failed delivery, damage issue, or dispute is investigated.
- Freshio may use delivery quality signals, reviews, and complaints when evaluating platform access or account standing.
8. Prohibited conduct
- No false delivery updates, misuse of addresses or personal data, abusive behavior, or fraudulent conduct.
- No accepting jobs without operational intent to complete them.
- No misuse of Freshio’s job, customer, or supplier information outside legitimate platform activity.
9. Suspension and termination
Freshio may suspend, restrict, or terminate delivery partner access where there is misuse, fraud risk, repeated delivery failure, serious complaints, legal concerns, or non-compliance with platform rules.
10. Liability
You remain responsible for your own delivery operations, including operational compliance, vehicle use, staffing, route execution, and any obligations that apply to your transport business under law or contract.
